Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Ordinal app or website. By downloading, installing, or using Ordinal, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Ordinal.

Description of service

Ordinal is a numerology application that provides:

• Numerology calculations including life path number, personal year, compatibility, name numerology, birthday number, pinnacles, and related readings
• AI-powered personalised insights based on your numerology chart
• Daily numerology guidance and notifications
• Educational content about numerology

Nature of numerology content

Ordinal provides numerology-based information for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal development purposes. Numerology is a complementary practice and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in any domain including medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters. All readings and insights are provided for informational purposes only.

User accounts

If you create an account with Ordinal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Subscription and payments

Ordinal offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play policies
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed at the point of purchase

Intellectual property

All content within Ordinal, including but not limited to text, graphics, numerology interpretations, AI-generated readings, and the app interface, is the property of Ordinal Numerology Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without our explicit written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Ordinal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the app
• Use automated means to access or interact with the app
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app or servers
• Share your account access with others
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content

Disclaimer of warranties

Ordinal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any numerology readings or insights for any particular purpose. We make no representations about the results you may obtain from using Ordinal.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ordinal Numerology Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ordinal at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting admin@ordinal-app.com.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of Ordinal after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
