3. AI chat and disclosure risk
The AI chat generates responses automatically from what you type. Although we apply safeguards, rare inadvertent disclosure of information can occur. By using the chat, you agree that you will not enter sensitive data about others without their consent, that you are responsible for information you share, and that Ordinal Numerology Ltd is not liable for decisions you make based on AI content. No human moderators routinely review chat content, and emergency messages are not monitored.
4. Legal bases (UK / EU)
We process personal data under the following legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interest (security, analytics, service improvement), consent for optional features or marketing, and legal obligation.
5. Sharing of data

5. Subscription and payments
Ordinal offers a free tier and optional premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
6. Intellectual property
All content within Ordinal, including but not limited to text, graphics, numerology interpretations, AI-generated readings, and the app interface, is the property of Ordinal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
